Epidemic - a Peg Owens / Pegasus Production film highlighting the issues faced by Idahoans and nearly 28 million Americans: The Medicaid Coverage Gap. The film is based on Idaho senatorial candidate, Chelle Gluch's essay, "Poverty Is A Slow Death Sentence." The film was made as part of the i48 2018 February Documentary Challenge and a grant from the Boise City Department of Arts and History located in Boise, Idaho. It will premiere at The Flicks Theater on April 7th, 2018.
